Australian Standards
ICDL Australia has been working alongside various educational and government bodies to map the ICDL qualification to Australian standards. The ICDL programme is currently mapped to the Certificate 1 in Information Technology and the Certificate of General Education for Adults.
The ICDL programme also provides secondary school students in Queensland 2 credit points towards their Queensland Certificate of Education and is assigned by the Tasmanian Qualifications Authority to have a TQA complexity level of 2 points, a size value of 5 points and a robustness category of 4 points.
